Wall mount mini splits are the most popular way to heat and cool individual rooms without ductwork. Mount the indoor unit on the wall, connect it to an outdoor condenser with a pre-charged lineset, and you're set — no ductwork, no major renovation.

• 9,000 BTU — Bedrooms, home offices, and small rooms up to 350 sq ft. Starts at $1,899.
• 12,000 BTU — Larger bedrooms and living rooms up to 600 sq ft. Available in 115V and 230V.
• 18,000 BTU — Large spaces up to 850 sq ft. Our highest-capacity wall mount.

DIY Installation

Zone Air wall mounts are designed for DIY installation. Our 115V models plug into standard household outlets — no electrician needed. All models include pre-charged linesets, so there's no vacuum pump or EPA certification required. Most installs take a single weekend.
