Ceiling cassettes install flush with the ceiling, distributing air in four directions from a central overhead position. Only a slim decorative panel is visible — the rest hides above. Ideal for offices, commercial spaces, and homes where wall space is limited or a clean look matters.

Four-Way Airflow

Unlike wall units that blow air from one direction, ceiling cassettes push conditioned air out in four directions simultaneously. This eliminates hot and cold spots and delivers more even temperatures across the room — especially in larger or open-layout spaces.

Installation

Ceiling cassettes need 10–12 inches of clearance above the ceiling. Our pre-charged linesets make the refrigerant connection DIY-friendly, but the ceiling work — cutting the opening, securing between joists, running wiring — is best handled by a professional. All models include a built-in condensate pump.

Efficiency & Noise

All models feature 21 SEER2 efficiency with inverter-driven compressors and Energy Star certification. Indoor noise levels run at just 30 dB in quiet mode — the unit is partially shielded by the ceiling cavity itself.
